Tudo is a library for what you collect: links, notes, photos, video, audio and documents. It is made by Vycount Softworks. This page says what Tudo keeps about you, why, who else handles it, and how to remove it. It covers the Tudo app for phones, the web app at mytudo.app, and the Tudo browser extension.

What Tudo keeps

  • Your account. Your email address, the name and username you choose, an optional profile picture, and your password in hashed form. If you sign in with Google, the identifier Google gives us for your account instead of a password.
  • What you save. The items, notes, files, collections and tags you put in Tudo, and the settings you choose. Keeping these is what Tudo is for, and they stay until you delete them.
  • Your devices. Each phone, browser or extension you sign in on, by its name and kind (for example “Chrome on macOS”), so Settings › Devices can show where your files are and let you disconnect one.
  • AI use. How much of the AI features you have used, so that use can be metered.

Tudo doesn't sell your data, show ads, or use third-party analytics or tracking.

The browser extension

The extension does nothing on a page until you ask it to, by clicking its button, pressing its keyboard shortcut, or choosing it in the right-click menu. It has no standing access to the sites you visit, unless you turn on “Show every page inside Tudo” (below), and it doesn't record your browsing history.

When you ask, it reads from the page in front of you:

  • the page's address, title and picture;
  • the text you select, the images you right-click and the screenshots you take;
  • with “Keep the full text” on, the article's readable text;
  • on a video, the moment you paused at.

It sends Tudo only what you choose to save. When you open it on a page, it also asks Tudo whether you have saved that page before, which sends that page's address; nothing is kept from that check.

On your computer, the extension stores its sign-in, any saves waiting to be sent, and a list of your collections and recent items so it can offer them as you type. Signing out of the extension, or disconnecting it in Settings › Devices, ends its session. Its sign-in can only save to your library and read what it needs to do that: it can't delete, share or change anything else.

“Save all tabs” asks your browser for permission to see your open tabs' titles and addresses the first time you use it, and reads them only while that list is open.

“Show every page inside Tudo” is off unless you turn it on. Turning it on asks your browser for access to all websites, because a page you saved could be on any of them. The extension uses that access for one thing: in your open Tudo tabs, it removes the instructions a site sends to stop its pages being shown inside another site, so they can load inside Tudo. It reads nothing from those pages, sends Tudo nothing about them, and changes nothing in any other tab. Turning it off gives the access back.

Who else handles it

  • Hosting. Tudo's servers and database run on Oracle Cloud in the European Union (Milan, Italy). Files you upload are stored there.
  • Pages you save. When you save a link, Tudo's server visits that address to read its title, description and picture, the way a link preview does.
  • AI features. When you use an AI feature such as Ask Tudo, your question and the parts of your library needed to answer it are sent to an AI provider (currently DeepSeek) to produce the answer. Tudo doesn't use your content to train models.
  • Google. If you sign in with Google, Google tells Tudo your email address, name and account identifier. If you connect Google Drive, Tudo keeps that access encrypted and uses it only for the files you choose.
  • App stores. Downloads and updates of the apps and the extension come through Google Play, the App Store and the Chrome Web Store, under their own policies.

Tudo shares your data with no one else, unless the law requires it.

Sharing

What you make public or share with someone, they can see. Everything else is private to you.

Deleting

You can delete items and collections at any time. Closing your account in Settings › Account erases your account, items, collections and tags from Tudo's database straight away, and revokes Tudo's access to your Google Drive if you connected it. Files you uploaded are not yet removed from storage automatically: write to the address below and they will be deleted. Records of AI use are kept, without your account attached, for billing.

Children

Tudo isn't meant for children under 13, and doesn't knowingly keep data about them.

Changes and questions

If this policy changes, this page will say so, with a new date. For questions or requests about your data, write to vycountgroup@gmail.com.
